Upgrade your older Drop In RC Tire Washer with the Electrical Box Kit, designed to convert early terminal strip models (up to #469) to the current-style waterproof E-Box setup. This upgrade gives your washer a cleaner, more modern look while helping improve the overall wiring layout and race-day convenience.

Designed for customers who want to refresh or modernize an existing tire washer, this kit replaces the older terminal-strip setup with the newer electrical-box design. The E-Box upgrade helps clean up exposed wiring and gives your washer a more finished, streamlined appearance. It is a practical upgrade for racers who want to keep their current Drop In RC Tire Washer working efficiently without purchasing a completely new unit.
The kit can be ordered with or without a new pump. If your existing pump is still working, you can reuse it with the upgrade. If your pump needs replacing, the optional pump can be selected when ordering. Installation requires removing the wiring for the existing push button and pump from the terminal strip, removing the old terminal strip, mounting the new E-Box, and connecting the existing components with lever style connectors provided with the kit.
Once installed, the electrical box upgrade allows the pump to be powered by a 2S LiPo battery, which could be an old race battery that you already have.
