Upper Arm & Roller Assembly
Keep your Drop In RC Tire Washer operating smoothly with the Upper Arm & Roller Assembly. Designed as a replacement or service part, this assembly provides a small amount of pressure to keep the tire firmly in contact with the 2 lower rollers.
The upper roller must spin freely during washing. If the upper roller begins to bind or stop turning freely, the tire can slip off the rollers, and damage or tear one or both of the lower rollers.
The bracket is built with convenient lube holes, making it easier to keep the roller turning freely with routine maintenance. The upper roller shaft is lubricated at the factory with Red ‘n Tacky grease. The upper roller should always spin freely and be checked and lubricated as needed. Stainless M3 screws and nyloc nuts are included for mounting, making this assembly easy to replace.
